2-3 nights accommodation at a 4* plus downtown hotel (Marriot property or better)
Airport transfer in arriving city to and from hotel
Transportation to and from the NFL Game from Hotel
$100 gift card for each night at chosen restaurant and reservations set up (One excellent dining experience if available)

RULES OF PLAY

1. Tickets

Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Ontario.

Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Raffle

1 ticket for $20.00

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: June 19th, 2025 at 11:59:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Main Lottery draw: June 20th, 2025 at 7:00:00 p.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 895 Ridgewood Drive, Woodstock, ON N4T 0A6

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://woodstockwolverines.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 20th, 2025.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Woodstock Minor Football Association.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Woodstock Minor Football Association or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Woodstock Minor Football Association does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: infowolverinesfootball@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
